Greg Ayers, DMD

Dr. Greg Ayers is the senior partner and founder of Pelham Links Family & Cosmetic Dentistry, one of the premier ‘fee for service’ practices in the country. Growing from a 1,000 sq. ft. frame house in 1983, located 5 miles from nowhere, to its current two 10,000  sq ft  and 6,000 sq ft,   state of the art offices today,  Pelham Links Family Dentistry currently employs 6 full time doctors and a dynamic dental staff of 45 members.

Early in Dr. Ayers’ career, he was fortunate to be introduced to a concept that changed the direction of his practice forever. The mindset of delivering a product called “Service Excellence” to their patients transformed Pelham Links Dentistry to heights which most offices only dream about. When he pulled Scott Gross’ best-selling book, Positively Outrageous Service off the shelf at Barnes and Noble in 1992, it brought together several of his ideas and helped him create an action plan for success in his healthcare profession.

A true believer in doing good for others, Dr. Ayers created Smiles for a Lifetime, a non profit dental program for underprivileged children throughout South Carolina. He also founded Operation Bright Hope to raise money for the victims of Hurricane Katrina.

Featured in professional journals, Dr. Ayers enjoys sharing his passion of building a dynamic practice by delivering service excellence to healthcare professionals and staff across America. One of his favorite phrases sums it all up, “If it ain’t broke, break it!”, because “If nothing ever changes, then nothing ever changes!”
